New Bredli

"guarantee (sic) he'll have a permit and another snake within 2 months! " (Quote MoreliaMatt 21/4/08
This was a statement made on my thread where I asked about permits (don't need one if only having one snake in SA but do if you want to sell it ) and introduced my first snake Cuddles that I had brought that day.

Well its been just over two months and yesterday morning I organised my permit and took delivery of a 20 month old, male Bredli

He is about 3ft (90cm) long and is the most placid nature but friendly of course). Photo does not do him justice, I need to get him outside in natural sunlight (I've been out all day). He is coming up for a shed and isn't as bright as when I viewed him earlier this week. I'll post pics when he sheds and I get him outside. Got some nice green shades as well.

Anyway here he is:
100_0293.jpg100_0246.jpg100_0290.jpg

Family is divided on the name, Slinky, Knackers, Floyd?
Others considered are Sabbeth, Satan, Loui, Chewie (like the wookie), Agro, Gizmo.
Any Suggestions?

Thanks chameleon and everyone so far

I thought he looked like a Floyd, but Floyd doesnt mean anything. Chewie is my variation of Fluffy which another member and a search on names revealed that many members have called theirs. Chewie (the wookie) big, hairy (fluffy), and although he can kill you, he really is just a big softie.

The kids want to call it Slinky, but they named my MD. Sabbeth is what my wife used to personalise another hatchie we were fond of (but I didn't want another hatchy). And Knackers was origanlly the name of her uncles Aust. pony and err yeh well....

Pod, thats a good thing right? Sounds like something to call a stimmy or lizard But if I look at him long enough........Ahhhh more help please!

I am onto you chameleon Keep it up. Yes I am sure my Bredli is a male, brought from reputable breeder, (can I say his name here? Initials are RA).

Morelia Spilota Bredli grow to about 2 - 2.5m (Thanks notechristiger ). Cousin has a female 8ft long.

Anyone else care for Pod as a name? We are still divided here.
