Cool New clutches

Just a couple of pictures of egg laying over the past few days. The spotted python (Babe) laid 17 eggs and 1 slug. She is approx 6 years old. Jane the jungle laid 9 eggs plus 1 slug. She is approx 4 years old and this is her first clutch. All of the eggs are now in the incubator with the water python eggs. Here's hoping they all hatch.

How did all those eggs fit in Babe???? Hehe when it comes time for Mark to sell them (if you're selling them online!) i highly recommend these spotteds... the nicest colours on a non-blond spotted i've ever seen! My boy from Wildey is soooo pretty that even when he attacks me i still have to stop and admire him!

Well done Mark! Fingers crossed for you for incubation. Remind me at the next meeting to intro you to someone who is interested in a water.

Cool

Thanks clairbear for your reference, I too dont know how she had so many. Her largest clutch before this was 13.
Thanks tan, swingonthespiral & mrsshep77. The water pythons should hatch on the 26 November if all goes well.

Cool

Thanks Mrbredli, the male is a far better looking jungle than the female, so hopeing his traits take over. He is a sook to handle whilst she can be nasty - has been the same since a hatchling!!

The slugs are the small yellow looking eggs (generally) The one you are referring to is bit and pearly white and nice and fertile!

Cool

Thanks guys I hope to be very busy in the comming months, I still have 2 carpets to lay.
As hazzard has stated , Nikki_elmo10 the egg to the side was a good egg, the slug you can't see in the picture. If I had left the eggs with the mother she may have brought the loose egg in with the others but I removed them as soon as she had laid all of them.
