Finally i build new enclosure from old cupboard for surprise. He is loving that one. I managed to use top of the cupboard for hiding boxes and surprise have option to chose from top or bottom one. They have different temperatures 3C difference.
If i like to clean the cage, i just use the time when he is in the hiding box, close the entry and i have all the time to clean and sterilize the enclosure. I would be sorry to put hand inside with out this.
He is placid outside of cage , but striker when inside. |

Terrific job Slatey ol boy!
On the subject of painted back drops has anybody ever got a quote from an airbrush artist on them? Similarly designed backdrops like the enclosures at Australian Reptile Park.Id be interested to know what sort of figures they'd charge for a small job like that.I was quoted $800 for a mural on my car from Advanced airbrush in Minchinbury but that was a whole bonnet, alot larger than an enclosures rear wall.

While on the subject of backdrops it must have taken you ages to paint that car on the backdrop of the first pic, it looks SO realistic!!!!

LOL afrothingy! You're right! I hadn't noticed really, but there's so much detail, every leaf has been painted on those trees and shrubs!
Lucky olive python, it has it's own shubbery!
