The links below show my daughters new enclosure I have made for her Maculosa "Tiny" (her choice of colour not mine). I couldn't upload them onto this post, something to do with works firewall.  http://www.flickr.com/photos/26074198@N00/ (I hope this works)
The base of the tank is perspex with a heat rope coiled under the left hand end. I have the heat-rope connected to a thermostat and in the warm spot it is around 30c and at the cold end around 18c. Tiny has got used to the new surroundings and spends a fair amount of time coiled up on top of the warm bit, so we get to see her more, which is good.
She spends the rest of her time (that we see) in her hide at the cool end and when we get her out to handle she feels quite cool (we only hande her 1-2 times per week). I guess if she was too cold she would go to the heat as she sometimes does.
Any comments, greatly appreciated.
