Dobermanmick, 15 minutes isn't a very long show. Its amazing that you could learn much in that amount of time. It would take nearly 15 minutes just to get each snake out and back again.

My short show is 30 minutes with 5 snakes.

Yeah mate we have speed limits Just out here we dont like people being murdered on the street all the time so we have certain area's as speed limit free (to avoid road rage, and the associated mass murders). Also yeah, they are smart enough to let us keep elapids

yeah I guess 15mins is a bit short eh??? Gow's went for nearly an hour!!

Sauls show is alright, it's fairly light entertainment though.

Bigguy
I know it was not a long time and the info was basic but it was nice to hear him talk to everyone and not making the snakes out to be killers and that they are just another animal trying to survive in the bush
I was more interested in just watching the snakes anyway

Hey dobey, I have also seen sauls show while up on the gold coast in March this year. It is quite interesting with some light humour thrown in. I enjoyed it all. Did he have his olive with him. That was one nice snake along with all the rest though I suppose. Did also go on about Australia deadliest creatures, you know box jellyfish, great whites, funnell web etc etc.
Really had the tourists worried in a funny way. However he did give snakes a good rap like you said and I think a lot ppl went away looking at snakes in a different light.
All up was worth the time and the small "donation" LOL

Yeh, wish I 'd had my camera as well. The show I saw went for about 20mins or so. He talked about the venomous reptiles and how we had the most venomous in the world and then continued on about how we have the deadliest animals in the world. Was actually quite funny the way he did it.
He also had a nice big coastal hanging about in the frame work of the "enclosures" roof that he was working out of.
He had about 6 or 7 snakes with him. Was doing finacially pretty good too. lots of ppl. lol

yeh must have lol
not sure the name of the place but was on main drag of gold coast (the area where the indy cars race - lol) in a shopping mall. Heaps of shops and arcades, open long hrs, few pubs and stuff. Walk along to the end and cross the road to the beach. Sound familiar - hope so - lol
Anyway, he was in the walkway in the middle of the shopping "mall" so to speak
