Over the previous 14 months my male Stimmie had eaten a grand total of three times. Only recently he was starting to waste really badly. In the last three weeks he has taken a weaner rat like clockwork. The only change being that on the advice of a friend (thanks bouncer!) we covered the front of his enclosure and permanently separated him from the female (he was on and off housed with her). The moral of the story is that please don't give up on your non-feeding python. He was wasted so badly I thought for sure we were going to lose him - which would have been heartbreaking considering all of our pythons had never missed a feed. So for all those out there with non-feeding snakes, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Don't stop trying and don't stop experimenting with the different things to help your snake to feed. :-)

Are you talking about Brian Chanty? Good to know he came through!
Also, good luck if you manage to breed them!
