Saw nothing but grumpy scrub bulls when we did the trail, sweet BHP though.
If you come to the NT and have a spare 66km to bush bash on the foot falcon it's well worth it.

nice looking snake ya stumbled across there!!!! did ya come acros any other herps while on ya venture?????

saw lots kahn_10 one night tiger, 7 keelbacks, one brown, the beaut black head and what we though looked suspiciously like a tiapan but it went to water when we got close. great trail though a bit hot even in the cooler months
here is a pic of one of the keelbacks we found, he had a cane toad in his mouth so i pulled it out thinking i was doing him a favour, we later found out that they are one of the few things that can eat em
