Odd Behaviour ?

Here is somethin i thought was strange.....my little BGJ ( had him nearly 2 weeks). He took his last meal no probs, last wednesday, but when i went to feed him last nite, he grabbed the mouse ( as normal) seemed to maul it for 20 mins or so, then left it and went for a long swim, first time he has been in the water.....the temp would only have been about 27.......i thought it was all a bit unusual as he acted like he was hungry. Just left the mouse and i threw it out in the morning......oh well, will try again next week.

Don't know if there are any other problems, but I find if I make the food item put up a fight (wiggle it after the snake has coiled around it), the snakes seem to feed more agressively. Might be worth a try if you don't do it already.

You probably should still check for symptoms of possible problems.
