I have my 7 footer in a 1800w x 800h x 600w enclosure and she is happy as and has enough room to stretch out. Will be making a outdoor enclosure when she gets to about 13 foot

Out of intrest where are you getting the 12 foot olive from as i am looking for a male about 7 foot at the moment???

I would go bigger if you get the chance. I built enclosures for olives 2000x500x800(h) and they grew out of them and I ended up selling the Olives.

Olives can grow to be large active snakes. It is a shame to see them in cramped accommodation.

I know of someone who keeps an olive male up here in cairns, not sure what his temp gradient and whatnot is set up like tho.

Thats pretty big... I completely agree with the bigger the better but it depends on how much room you can facilitate. If you have somewhere to put an enclosure that size then go for it!
