They will be going into a 4x2x2 for a while to start of and once they get quite large a will put them into a 6x2x2. It all depends on how fast they grow as to how soon they get into the 6ft enclosure. I would imagine it will be a couple of years.

they are awesome snakes mick and you wont regret keeping them. my 2 are great handlers as long as they have had there food, i have found most to be very food consious (spelling) but settle really well. i had 3 here for a while and they are great, back down to 2 now and soon one, as i needed money. they will eat u out of house and home mate, my female took 3rabbits and still wanted more 2 weeks ago, and my male can easily take 3-4adult rats. roys olives are very nice and bloody big i can tell you that i held his male and it was heavy as.

i have the female i got here now who is 8-9ft in a 6lx3hx2d and the male who is 6ft in a 4x2x2 and the other female i had ages ago who was over 10ft in a similar cage to the first one, bloody big cages and take up heaps of room, but i will be selling that big cage so i have more room for my new ones.

My olive enclosure is 1800mm wide, 700 mm high and 500mm deep, and i have two enclosures double stacked. With a male and female in each. I use a ceramic heat lamp at one end which does the trick in keeping each enclosure at the right temp. One thing is for sure, once you do get Olives, you will never look back, despite the cost of food.
