Ok Sparky, how many Diamonds do you keep and what are their ages? What's your experience with them?

You have clearly contradicted yourself by saying my comment was rubbish yet you stated that they have different requirements and should not be treated like most other pythons. Exactly my point!

I take it you don't have any experience with Diamonds over the age of 7 unless you have wild caughts over this age bracket- but never fear, you'll have your introduction to Diamond Python Syndrome soon enough.

alot of snakes die in captivity totaly unexplained there i think jonno would agree it would be fair to say diamonds are more or less being targeted and people are not seeing the whole picture where it could be anything from fatty liver disease, undected RI, fall from a high place in the enclosure or a diet problem.
but this is just my reasoning for my "scepticisim" and i have not reaserched into great detail either side of "diamond python syndrome".
anyway back to pinhead syndrome LOL
