ok everyone......sorry to butt in again..... but , what about the DiamondCarpetIntegrades we get here in Newcastle ? ? ? ? Can anyone tell me what they are ? ? ? ?
It seems they fall into a similar gategory as the Port Macs. I reckon they are Diamonds , but others seem to think they are not. They are different again from Port M..... so , do we call them a Newcastle carpet or a Newcastle Diamond ????
I am totally lost with it all now , but i do understand what everyone is saying ........ but ...... what is the answer ????

The very fact you use "pure" shows just how deluded you are.

1. NPWS should not be used EVER as a taxonomical reference, they're always behind the game.

2. Pure is a misnomer, and you cannot separate animals from areas which are so ridiculously close to each other that their expressed phenotype is so close to each other that not only is it highly unlikely that the two populations of the SAME SPECIES would not interbreed, but it is highly likely that you could ever walk into an area and find two animals that looked the same 100%.

Once again australis, you're wrong, but you'e making personal attacks on other people WITHOUT knowledge or information.

You making taxonomical definitions is about the same as john howard brushing his hair in the morning, USELESS.

Why do you always quote what i post then ramble on about things i didnt say?

I didnt make any mention of NPWS being used as a taxonomical reference! Where did that come from, unreal.

Im making personal attacks?
You have just called me a "fool" and "deluded"............................

Yet, you bring nothing to the debate, beside your usual rant, dont you understand the contex in which i mention "locality pure"?? No one i saying one locality cant breed with another.

Bloody Uni student eh.........................

Thats pretty much it Chimera, it wouldnt matter if one animal was blue and another was red, same species and same locality, would make for "locality pure" animals.
