not much set up in this shot, but i used that substraight (breeders choice)because centralians are from arid areas, i looked after this snake for a year for a friend while they were O.S and it was in an old 4ft aquarium, thought it was prone to humidity (only having top ventelation) also in the tank was a small/medium water bowl, large hanging driftwood, heat rock and heat lamp at one end, hide. the tank had a hood on it, so the snake would hang out on the 'mezenine level glass' sometimes.

cool, i'm thinking of gettin one this season, i like the classic look better than hypos, i like the black outlines in the pattern. last year there were heaps for sale at the mac. show out west (sydney) i hope there is this year too. have you found your snakes to be snappy? the one i looked after tagged me twice in a year, and both times it was truley my own fault. i heard they can be quite snappy when they are young tho,

Mine's not snappy at all, never has been (he's coming up to 12 months old). He never strikes, I've only ever been bitten once and that's because I stuck my hand in his click-clack after handling a defrosted rat. So it was my fault anyway.
