Port Mac is a total hole lol.... although kempsey is quite scarey ... but again i think mid north coast coastals would be more fitting to the title.....

we could just call them all "snakes" and save a whole heap of fights over everything....

damn humans and our need to classify

I dont understand, so my breeding pair which came from WC parents not from port mac, i should call them port macs ???

And i live 30 mins north of Gosford and if i see a Diamond in my backyard i should call it a gosford diamond ???

I have a pair of high yellow diamonds that some people call "Gosfords" they come from 2nd generation WC parents from Forresters beach (20 mins north of Gosford).....i call them Just "Diamonds" should i call them "gosfords", " Foresters beach" or just Diamonds ???

Coastal carpets are found 95% of the time away from the coast. Darwins aren't just found in Darwin. Jungles? what jungle? South West carpets are found a fair bit north and a long way east. What's the point? It's a common name.

Yeah but coastals have a different colour & pattern. Our carpets are natural integrades and look more like a diamond than they do a coastal.

BTW what is WC

See? Many ppl relate all central coast towns as being a part of "Gosford", and its the same up here. Kempsey & Port Macquarie are virtually classed as same area. Many ppl have heard of Port Macquarie but not Kempsey

While we're at it, where did the name diamond come from?
If you ask me the rosettes don't look like diamonds, lets call them southern NSW coastal carpets or something.
