if I watch closely I can tall when Grace is about to mess on me or the couch etc. after about 40mins of active movement - if I have had her outside and she has been moving around a lot - she wil start to contract her muscles like when they re pushing the mouse further down byt these only happen at the tail end. She will also lift her tail up. Watch out. It smells and if it gets on the bed spread you will not be popular. ( I know!!)

picking up his malemine 3 foot enclosure today!!! so excited, im gonna set it up fully, and have his click clack in there, letting him out to explore half hour before handling, and half hour after.

just let your snake crap when it wants to crap. sometimes my adult carpet doesnt crap for over a week after he eats. and some of my other snakes crap a few days later after a feed. there all different. personally i dont hold my snakes just for the "fun" of it, i reckon u shouldnt be holding them for at least 4-5 days after a feed. but, just my opinion....

The best way to get it to take a dump is to clean the enclosure . It will happen just after that . Is that python smiling ?

The story I heard about handling a snake after a feed was that if they got stressed they may regurgitate their feed.
Handling of snakes is stressful for them, you just have to watch their breathing to see that. Their breathing can become quite quick. Having said that their breathing can return to normal if they are held properly and not overly fondled, the phrase "make like a tree" is well circulated for a good reason.
I agree with Jungletrans about the cleaning out the enclosure thing, even if they have just had a big "dump" the secound there is virgin paper it will be spoilt once more!!
