It's about time this sort of thing was acknowleged, we have signs for koalas, roos, wombats, cassowarys etc... BUt a nice warm road and a snake, well need I say more. There should be a lot more of this.

we have a lyrebird crossing sign just down the road (well not atm as someone stole it lol, I think that was the 3rd one) and since it was put up, way more lyrebirds have been run over

Super idea IMO, the chances of a herper going there.. woopy.. we all know where snakes are found anyway.

I doubt we are going to see car loads of people with the torches out at night wondering the roads.

If it saves a few snakes, then good on them.
