I recently purchased a Stimson's python from Snake Ranch and have had nothing but brilliant service. The respones from staff were always within 48 hours of my emails and they are very well organised. The pythons are guaranteed to be of said sex and healthy, and my new baby is a wonderful handler in perfect health.

Snake Ranch all the way, they are reliable and their pythons are amazing.

There seem to be some confused recollections as, to date, Snake Ranch have neither bred nor sold any hatchoe Jungles. As for mites, we have not had any negative feedback from our numerous customers including many very experienced herpers. Since our hatchoes are housed in a nursery room prior to dispatch, it seems unlikely that one animal in hundreds would have mites.

If any Snake Ranch customers have not receive the standard cover letter, containing our licence details, which is dispatched with all our pythons they should contact the office immediately.

It's disappointing that some herpers view Snake Ranch as a tall poppy to be cut down. But then again maybe we should be flattered

I recently purchased two Stimsons juveniles from Snake Ranch - I have nothing but praise for their animals...wonderful specimens... and all people I spoke to during my transactions were very helpful...

...Reptile Mad - Your situation seems very odd, perhaps you could shed some more light on the circumstances relating to the purchase of your snake. In regards to it being 'snappy' you can hardly make a complaint about that - that's just luck of the draw...

...Who have you spoken to there? Also, I found complete and detailed records as well as all their licence details handed to me with the delivery of the snake...and what do you mean about your licence form being with them??
