Rainbow pictures, a soon to be dad

My rainbow pythons will soon be parents again, all going well Aimy should lay her eggs in about a week, so I didn't want to disturb her, but it was a nice day today so I pulled out one of my males for a few photos in the sun

Awesome pics Sdajo

The rainbow's beautiful . His eye looks a bit weird though...it kinda comes in at the centre...did something happen to him or is that normal?

That's normal for bright sunlight, the pupils shrink to prevent to much light getting in.

Well... you're asking a VERY biased person! Keeping that in mind...

No! Of course not! He is one of the most gorgeous members of one of the most gergeous populations of water pythons!

He is a pure Townsville water python, just like the unrelated female about to lay eggs, some of which will hatch into his babies The colours come up nicely in the bright sunlight
