Turns out someone put me in.All was ok with the ranger when it became apparent that the maggie could come and go as he pleased.Wasnt my fault he chose to stay  |

| | | | Ranger Visits Well I live in the middle of nowhere Mundubbera ( further out than you Mel) and I had a visit last Friday 21/02.
It was just a routine thing like Q&A nothing major, I think it was just to intrduce themselves, as they didnt look at the books or the snakes even though the snakes were clearly visble to them.
I didnt mind as they actually booked a time to see me and I got some useful answers of them |

Does anyone know if it's just some rangers that do regular checks or am I just someone who seems really trust worthy. Obviously they don't know me at all. |

They don't give confiscated animals to zoos ,Saikrett.They euthanise the whole collection (including native) and you can never be issued a permit again.
I know a guy who got busted a few years back.That's the problem with keeping exotics.If you cross the wrong person they can dob you in quick smart.There a plenty of beautiful Australian snakes...why would anyone want a gun toting american one? |  | | |
