or you can find out where it is on the net (if its on the net) and use the [img]_[/img] tabs... when you do this though, make sure the picture is a sensible size for forums.
to find out where a picture is on the net so you can use the tabs effectively, right click on the image, check out its properties and there will be an image location... highlight that and then copy and paste it between the two tabs.
