(No such thing as stupid questions just stupid people.)ha
great idea toon hope something is implemented for members that are new to herping and have questions that are frequently asked. But in the mean time i have found that if you put a catch word into the search you can find threads that will most likely answer most basic questions that anyone has.. |

Everyone who has read the terms and conditions for all the programs you have installed etc before agreeing to them put up your hands. *cricket background noises* people just cant be bothered, esp. those who are asking the stupid questions. The only way i could see it getting read is if you tested them on it. |

There has always been silly questions being asked and people who have got themselves into avoidable trouble.
I came on here with a reasonable amount of experience and questions on hybrids, UV light, keeping snakes in the same enclosure, etc, etc, etc were being asked back then. The only difference was people answered the question, rudely on occasions, but none-the-less answered.
I am one who will encourage new keepers to do their research and occasionally I can be abrupt about it. However I will still answer a question regardless of whether it has been asked before because it can be difficult to find info when pawing through all the threads on this site.
All those who openly state that they are sick of common questions - DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!
How many of you have put anything on the Wiki? APS hasn't changed a great deal, the only thing that has changed is some users have learnt all that they feel they are going to learn from an online forum and have become a little arrogant. |

I don't think a full manual needs to be written.
I know some people will not read it but it might help. | | | |
