sheddin question?????

hey my coastal just moved into his new encloser and he got milky eyes alst w/e so im expecting him so shed soon. but he dosnt come out of his hide because i think he is a bit afraid. theres lots of hidin spots i think he just needs to get use to it. but my question was, would it affect his shed if he dosnt come out. or will he shed wen he needs to anyway even if hes not use to the encloser? or will he hold on befor shedding?
thanks heaps

Maybe he just feels vulnerable cause its a new enclosure and he cant see as good with milky eyes? He'll prob come out when hes ready =P.

from my experience, due to them not being able to see very well, they will hide in this time until their eyes clear up again. They are vunerable when they can not see very well so they tend to hide.......If this is not the right advice, please correct as this is just my experience with my 6 snakes and my mates 7 snakes but does not mean this is for all.

Most times i will find the shed skin inside the hide. I also share the same opinion as ozianimals
