beautiful snakes! I wish I could brave them. I've heard sooo many things about how bad tempered they are. There is one that a friend of mine has been trying to sell at her private owned store forever! She's full grown, and what a handfull!!! She hates it when someone slides off the top to her en closer. She makes the famous "S" shape and strikes even when the hook touches her. They have her reasonably priced, but I don't know if I could tame such a aggressive snake. I thought my Green Tree Pythons were mean!!! Is this normal behavior for jungles?

Jungles are like most other phthons. They are extremely snappy when young, but they don't hurt, even though they can draw blood as they are so small. With regular handling 95% of them calm down as they grow! Some will stay semi agro their entire lives. With them, it's worth it for the fun... Will you get me today type of thing! Sure it will hurt when an adult bites, but if you become a competant handler, then you will not get bitten very oftern, even by the most agressive jungle. They are one of the most attractive and colourful snakes you can own, so get some kahoonahs and get one, you won't be dissapointed!

I've personally found with most jungles as babies they are extreamly shy/ scared snakes compaired to most bubs. I honestly recon this has a lot to do with it, but if you handle them fairly regularly they learn to trust you fairly quick and once they do you never have a problem (or so I've found).
Anyway here's some pics of mine, sorry I'm having drama's uploading pics at the moment so I'll just have to give a link. It's got pics of all my snakes but if you scroll through you'll find the jungles Photoshoot Time :)
