nothing to worry about Anthony. And coz you have it feeding on pink mice, it wouldnt have the fastest growth rate.... so sheding will take a little longer.... maybe try upgrading to a fuzzie mice? or a pinky rat?
Bill.

My maccy is the same hasn't shed since we've had her. Apparently she's had one shed, 5th of jan. We are not to worried. If she's growing slowly sheds will be further apart. Usually at this age a shed every 2 months or so. When did yours have last shed? One pinky every week may not be enough food. Is he active around the cage? Could mean he's hungry. i feed my spotted, 3 mth old large fuzzies.

Definetly upgrade to something with a bit of hair on it as its alot more nutricous for them and he will grow a bit quicker.

My spotty is around the same age as your Stimson's, and I put her on fuzzies a few weeks ago. She's just completed her second shed. Give fuzzies a try.

My little maccie sheds about 4-5 weeks and I have her on pinky rats which she has no problems with. Sassi is about 5months old and I'll probably upgrade to fuzzy rats in the next month or so!
Good Luck

I'd be feeding it fuzzies, stretch him/her a bit. My childrens went prob 7-8 weeks between sheds on pinkies. I wouldn't be concerned.

Check if the skins getting a bit loose, if so give your enclosure a mist a few times a day and help it along a bit.
