Snake decisions!.. which to choose!

hey guys..

Ive been looking into getting another snake, i want one of the more better looking expensive snakes.. ive been looking around at some shops and stuff to get an idea.. here's the 4 i like the most so far..

Diamond Python
Jungle Python
Green tree snake
Golden tree snake..

now, i want to buy one thats an adult..and is used to being handled..

so can someone tell me what thier opinion is on which snake is best and why... i really want a magnificent looking snake that will grow up to be reasonably big aswell..

thanks guys

Jungles and tree snakes are notoriously flighty IMO and some (including me) would say that jungles are definitely not a good beginners snake, especially not if you want something that's handleable. I've known breeders to refuse sale of jungles to people who want them as "pets" as opposed to display animals....

That being said, it's your decision

There'll be more than a few people who will disagree with my opinion though mate  But if it's to be out of that list of four I'd go for the diamond.

Lol true eh Purps. If we deviated from the list of four then Bredli's would be awesome. But I'd still choose a coastal as a beginners snake anyday

I just got a pair of Bredli and they are awesome pythons. My two even seem more easy going than my coastals, they're show-offs as well and stay visible for most of the day (not in hides, etc).

I've recently been and seen some Green Tree Snakes of a member here (Skunk) and I must say, for something different they are superb looking, highly alert animals that stayed 'surprisingly' calm while being handled. Should either one of them have gotten loose we'd have had buckleys catching them (they are lightning fast )

So for something quite different, you can't go wrong with them (Adults might be a bit more of a cost than any of the others you have mentioned though) I'm sure he'd welcome any questions about them. Just my 2c worth Good luck.
