just wordering my dp shed his skin about 1 week ago and theres still two little bits of skin on him should I worry about it or will it just come off I havent tryed anything to get it off yet but if he needs someing can someone suggest it and also is it normal for snake to open its mouth for a second then shut it agian like his yawning or someing.

If there's still some left on the tip of his tail you should definitely soak it and remove it so it doesn't cut off circulation to the tip as it grows more (which I've read may lead to the tip of the tail falling off... someone correct me if I'm wrong). I've had to do this a couple of times with my DP when he didn't shed fully. I actually just soaked some paper towel in warm water and then held that on the end of his tail over the retained shed, after 5 mins it should be moist enough to rub/peel off with your fingers.

I have place my snake in a water container fof up to 45m in warm water.
Just make sure you dont fill the container right up to the top throught.
Also wet paper towl should wort too. |

tonight i think ill get some paper towle and try to get it off (im gonna have fun geting the scale off his head  ) and if that dosent work ill put him in water and also how deep do you put the water can they swim???

the eyes should go white then clear .
also there is a great spray on product that i use that helps in skin condition, and in the add of skin shredding.
made buy aristopet available a any good reptile suppliers....
