|  | Regular Member | Join Date: Jan-03 Location: Lithgow, Blue Mountains | | | | RE: snake value advice please seems about right, i would pay around $400- $450 for a pair of NICE yearling carpets, (depends on their quality), and enclosures arent cheap once completed and you dont have to go to the trouble of making one either, so $250 - $300 for a GOOD enclosure sounds alright, providing its big enough and does the job and looks alright.
Just my Opinion, and this WILL be disputed thoroughly...... |

what would be the value of the snakes by them selves??

$60 thermostat
$6 light and fitting
$20 cage 4 light (if fitted)
$80 box can be built 4*2*2 for wood and glass
$30 for extras
so ill let u decide
But in saying that if you like the look of (these) coastal carpets then what does the price matter.. u either want them or u dont
if u really wanted coastal carpets and like these ones u would pay 700 no enclsure
but in the end its up to u
