Tree Snake Rescue

heres a tree snake i rescued in northwest region of the sydney basin

on close examination revealed a large lump which was weeping pus
gave it a squeeze and out popped a heap of pus and a foreign body
which appeared to be a claw or a beak!
gave the snakes some anti biotics and released it the other day about 300m from where i it was
found
it was a nice one,put on a lovely display lol

There seem to be a lot of stories about people rescuing Tree Snakes. They have a reputation of being so quick - how do you go about catching them?

'There seem to be a lot of stories about people rescuing Tree Snakes. They have a reputation of being so quick - how do you go about catching them?'. As a former controller from Vic. now contolling in QLD I can assure you they are no quicker than a Tiger or Copperhead. They seem to be in almost plague proportions around here - I have to remove five a week on average through the warmer months. I even removed one from an enclosed toilet cistern on Saturday.
