URS update

G day,

I would like to give you all an update on some changes here at URS.
As I am sure a number of you would be aware we have not minded people dropping in to our warehouse but this has always been by Appointment Only.
Because of the number of people dropping in unannounced just wanting to have a walk around our warehouse, we here at URS will no longer be servicing the public of South Australia from our warehouse. Our products are still readily available from all leading pet stores both in South Australia and across the rest of Australia.
If your local pet store does not stock our product, please encourage them to get it in for you.
Our main business is wholesaling to the pet shops and we do not have the time or the staff to be doing tours of our premises at this stage as I am sure you would understand.

Best regards

Tim

That's a shame Tim. I have always made an appointment first. To make it easy, have you a list of pet shops that stock your products? I certainly don't want the hassle of going into any pet shop and them trying to get something in. If I know what I need I would like to be able to get it straight away. Pity some have messed it up for others!

That is an interesting point. What if the SA public want to buy an animal (which I have)? Surely it doesn't need to be freighted!

Thank you for your PM's and emails I do appreciate it.

At this stage we will still be servicing the online orders and we freight them out on a daily basis until future notice.
But we are now very close to closing down our Retail operation and concentrating solely on the wholesale market. But please be assured that we are always here to help anyone with any problems either by phone or email this will never change.

As for selling live stock at this stage this can be done through us direct. If you live in SA you can make an appointment to pick live stock up Only.

I do hope that this makes it a bit clearer. I am also very sorry to a large number of you our loyal customers we did enjoy seeing from time to time here in our home town of Adelaide. I do hope that you understand why we have had to take these measures here.

Regards Tim

Hi Tim, just wondering, is it still possible if we can't decide from the pictures on the site to make an appointment to come and view the snakes? I know that when I bought my bredli from you guys, my decision was a lot easier being able to come in and see them in the flesh (by appointment, hehe), especially since you had other individuals which weren't posted on the site. He's going great guns by the way, Cheers.
