no lateral lines and normal darwin head pattern.i cant see any reason for it to not be a pure darwin.its just got an unusal pattern which alot of darwins do.i like it a lot.

I would say it is just an unusal patterned Darwin. The type to cross with my albino's.

Hey W, do you know anyone up your way with darwins that have oranges or reds in their colour?

Your lucky ,your still finding snakes, down here the've all pretty much gone dormant.

I wasn't saying it is a natural hybrid, I was merely suggesting that that may be an explanation for the unusual patterning.. end of story. There's no need to be nasty about it.
Sorry if I stepped on anyone's toes.

unusual Darwin

actually Gordo is allowed to catch and keep as he is employed as snake catcher in the Darwin area. And if it was for all the 2 o'clock in the morning calls it would be the best job in the world hey Gordo.

WOW! That has to be the nicest Darwin I've seen! You're a lucky man Gordo.

I also don't see anything other than a Darwin there. An unusual pattern, but still a Darwin.

I got one at 3.30 this morning... i arrived on the scene which took 35 minutes only to find that the snake had left the area. Wasn't happy Jan.

looks like a Darwin to me!
It's colouration looks all Darwin and just because it has a different pattern does not mean it is anything else. Just look at all the striped pattern animals or even the banded patterns etc in jungles and carpets, but they are still jungles/carpets, regardless of pattern.
One good example is the STOCKS line of 'GHOST' Darwins. And Nick STOCK is fanatical when it comes to origins/purity.
