Hey Guys,
Mum walked out the front today and found this slithering across our balcony (I knew what it was as soon as she squealed and called my name haha).
Nice visitor, checking out our baby (juvi) possums (we work for Sydney Wildlife) and decided it would sit on top of one of the cages for a while.
We back onto Kuringai National Park, I've lived here since I was born (17 years now) and have only ever seen one red belly, so it was very exciting!

| | Regular Member | Join Date: Dec-06 Gender: | | | | haha, there were three small juvie brushtails in three different cages, (i took them out because he did look a bit hungry) but then i realised he probably wouldnt have fitted through the bars...but better safe than sorry.
There was another cage there with another two babies that he would've fitted into easily so Mum took that inside.
He had a little drink out of the bucket we keep the food (leaves) for them in aswell... Mum thought that was cool because she has never seen a snake drink before...
