when do we introduce our breeding pairs

I know there is no exact date to introduce breeding pairs, but roughly what month is it done.

Is it held of longer for the people living in northern aust, as opossed to southern aust.

We have had childreni mating for the last 10 days and some of our stimmies
have been going since early march, we are about a month early with matings
than we usally are.
