Have seen a lot but most memorable were large common death adder (1983) and a few broadheadeds (1997 just before NSW amnesty, after being added to the class 3 species)

I think you might mean a Green Tree Snake. Unless you have been to Iron Range, you won't have seen a wild GTP, without trying to start another thread on wild GTP ranges in Australia, we've done that one pretty recently.

The GTP was found by me and my mate in a class room. But it was probley someones ex pet.

So, what was the story behind the GTP you found in the classroom and what happened with it afterwards?

Don't mean to be harsh, but these are pretty big claims. Ok, you are only 12, but no need for tall stories.

so far i have seen 3 eastern browns, 2 eastern small-eyed snakes, a few dead Red-bellied blacks, a coastal carpet
