Whoa ...Talk about panic!

I was sitting here catching up on the forums (been without internet for a week) and had the snake out. As I have done many times before...

He kept going across the keyboard and I'd pick him up and bring him back closer... same as I usually do...

But then he went a little further and went into the moniter stand thingy!!! :O You know the thing that the screen sits on and you can move it. :S

Sooooo...now we need a new moniter stand thingy because hubby had to get the bolt cutters and break it in half.... mean while I'm in tears telling him over and over..."be careful...don't hurt him... do it softly... please don't hurt him!!"

So that's my story for the night.... Gave me a bit of a scare and got my heart racing. But all is well now. Apart from monitor sitting on a bit of a lean

i had my yearling mac out a few weeks ago and he is a quick little bugger. He managed to get half his body down inbetween the side of the couch and the chouch cushins. In our old one that would be fine cause you can just lift off the cushins but after getting him out my wife informed me that you can't pull them off the new couch - would have been in a little more of a panic to get him out if i knew that

glad you got the little one out with out any damage - to the snake that is

Ha Ha, you really do go into panic mode dont you, similar happened to me with my spotted but he went inside the couch, somehow he got behind and inside the whole couch so out came the scissors and I started gently cutting it open by the end of it I got my boy back but the couch looked like it had been attacked by a tiger, had alot of explaining to do to the missus.lol.
