Wild GTP

Hi All,

Just out of curiosity has anyone on here ever seen a GTP in the wild, any pics?

Or has anyone ever been looking for one?

Cheers

Hi not sure if you saw it but earlier today a lady posted about a green tree python near her work that she was trying to relocate as the people there were scared of it. I don't know of anybody else but she may have some more information/pics for you =)

I think that was a green tree snake....if you mean the thread which had something about a snake getting stuck on tape and then after being helped off the tape and relocated it came back?

Unfortunately Dan, I haven't seen any. It's funny though as around here green tree python spottings are apparently quite common here in Gladstone....which is a fair whack away from where they're actually found Mind you we also have an overabundance of people who've been chased through their houses by Taipans hell bent on killing them and everyone they love....

I'll certainly be very interested to see any pics of wild ones if there's some lucky sod here who's come across them in the wild, let's hope it hapens

A few thousand dollars ....sorry, bad joke....

A green tree python is a python which is green....a green tree snake is a colubrid which can be just about any colour (slight exaggeration) you like including (but not limited to) shades of dark or olive green.
