Obviously this hasn't happened but I was wondering if anyone has further info or ideas on this?

| | | | They should be on class 1 already, but from what i've heard, its not gonna happen. Which is ridiculous as they are probably the easiest Australian snake to keep and breed. |

...but why would they re-do everything for the sake of one species...? I think if the major stakeholders put together a detailed report to NPWS detailing what species should be moved to where we would have a much better chance...having them make one large change is much more likely than every year two approaching them with minor changes - it won't happen that way...

They have come down in price now so that most people can afford them. |

It is the fact that you have to be over 18 and have already had 2 years experience in keeping and being licenced for class 1 species.
All the money in the world can't buy you the 2 years you have to wait on a class 1 licence.
