Yellow faced whip snakes are lizard specialists. Wild caught anuimals are very difficult to get feeding on mice. You need to start with hatchlings. Once they feed on pinkies they are fine, and don't smell as much (so i'm told). A mate bred some once, but the adults (WC prior to amnesty) have since died and the babies sold/given away.
There are a few on paper in NSW but re merely that, just paper. Very few captive bred animals are kept now-a-days.
