How do i add an avatar?
I have looked in my profile etc but only has default ones

you should be able to go to forum profile and the dowwwwn to avatar

Yeah and it only comes up with "pre loaded" avatars I cant add my own

go to profile scroll down, its pretty self explanatory.
there is a size restriction.

He means "paint" in your accessories in programs. just stretch and skew, that what will resize I guess.
