    Aquariums

Hey i know this is a reptile forum but im sure alot of you have aquariums, i have recentally set mine up and been started adding fish a couple of weeks ago.
I got 2 silver sharks , a pair of dwarf gouramis , 2 kuhli loaches , a bunch of bloodfin tetras and rummy nose tetras and a heap of neons. with more fish to come especially a ghost knife.
Just curious what set ups other people on here have and to see some pics

I used to have an aquarium. They r really awesome i just couldnt handle the constant loosing fish, plus it was a bit more work than the herps. I had a ghost knife among other things. If uve got the time they can be alot of fun and great to spend hours just watching.

I didn't even realise that most of those fish with names like that existed.
I'm looking forward to setting up my tank.. but I don't know anything about keeping fish yet so will need to do alot of research before I set anything up.

Nice setup. The ghost knife fish will eat your tetras and neons though. I have tested it, and they will eat a few every night

I will try and get some photos of mine tomorrow

im interested in building my own aquarium actually. just trying to find somewhere that will fabricate it for me, or at the very least cut the pieces and mitre them for me. (if anyone knows of a place in brisbane, give me a yell )

thats the base of the design. 8 spots for fighter fish, and general space in the middle. shared water through fine vents. probably 50cm high or so.
