info on what is wrong with one of my frogs

hi one of my redeye tree frogs has a film growing over his eye if any one knows how to treat it if not i will take it to my vet

Sounds like its just sheding they will often eat it.
What does it look like ?

it looks a bit swollen and has a whitish layer over the whole eye but the other eye is fine

Oh,it sound like an infection,maybe from your water.
