I have a friend here in the US that recently aquired an Ackie from a rescue facility. It was abandoned in a vacant apartment!! 
Anyway, just wanted some input on housing, & substrate on Ackies. They are not a real common reptile here in the US.
I am helping do research for her as well, but wanted some input from you as well.
