Beardie I.D.

I am after an I.D. on this bearded dragon. I believe it can only be pagona minor minor or pagona minor mitchelli. This was found local in karratha in a mates backyard. Otherwise anyone know some good websites on beardies. Cheers

Looks like mitchelli mate.
You should get both species around there but P.minor minor has smaller spines on the rear of the throat & tends to be a little more greyer than mitchelli.
mitchelli also reaches a slightly larger maximum size - svl 160 mm vs 145 mm

ps - its almost that time of the year again so I should be passin thru your way next month, will drop in for a beer.

Thanks mate. Was heading to library tomorrow for cogger if no luck tonight. Sounds good for visit, will make sure beer is available. You should be able to see the stimi eggs by then too. Am hoping some red from the male comes through in the hatchlings.
