hi i am a baker and get up at 3 am would it be ok to turn lights on then or is it to early for them any help would be great

Try the Kmart electrical section, they should have them. They come in all shapes and sizes from fairly basic ones to multi programable digital ones.
No need to wire them up, they're just a plug in item.

yeh, 3am is too early.
a timer can be bought at most places. hardware stores, supermarkets etc.

Hello,
Definitely 3am is too early for him. Try to get a timer as suggested. Just plug the light into the timer & then the plug timer into the wall, & it is good go as soon as you set the timer.
Try to do either a 12 on & 12 off for the light cycle, or 14 on & 12 off. That is good enough. They do need their rest as well.
