breeding wood cockroaches?

how would i breed woodies? like what would i keep them in and feed them?
does it take long for them too breed?

www.google.com < probably would give some good help ( not trying to sound like a dick or anything lol ). also use the search button "Breeding woodies" or "Woodies"??.. not sure.. im also deciding weather to breed woodies or crickets

look up herp shop they have a caresheet in the food section PLEASE do a search next time it has also been covered many times on here as stated

put a bunch in a box with egg cartons and give food...separate often, and remove dead bodies....it's not rocket science you're talking about something that shall survive a nuclear holocaust. I find it hard to kill the things and stop them breeding.
