Can you put live plants in with Gecko?

Is there any live plants that you can put in with gecko? I have the odeura coggeri variety.

not sure of exactly what, but they do a lot of live plant/gecko enclosures overseas, (which i think look stunning) not sure of the exact problem associated with it tho - hygine i think would be a main one.

Bacteria builds up in the soil and the plants doesn't it?

I was told if you bake the soil it should be ok
