Good size enclosure for beardies????

whats a good size enclosure for beardies and what heating and lighting do they need??

A 900 x 600 x 500 H is a good start if it's a sub adult - or 1200 x 600 D x 400 to 500 H for adults you can even go longer if you want.
a 75 to 100W heat globe and 2ft UV tube and your off.

would a nec t-10 blacklight and a 75 watt day basking spot be ok? does it need to run on a thermostat? and what is the best material to make the inclosure out of?

Yes, 75W infrared, thermo is up to you - and it can't hurt, HMR melamine, ply, pine.
