got 'em!!!

finally, after waiting for licenses... we got our 2 little black soil beardies.
so so so cute. they are only about 10cm long and really love to chase after the crickets that we have at the moment (still trying to talk myself into the woodies.. cockroaches eewww!!)
My son is wrapped - seeing they were his birthday present, so I guess once they settle in a bit they'll be off to school for show and tell.
I'll try and attach a pic, here's hoping it works.

Thats great sandymegan.
Yeah we would love to see some pics of em.
Are they having trouble catching crickets?
If so I think you can put them(crickets not beardies)in the fridge for a little while to slow em down a bit.

cheers

ok, what's the secret, buggered if I can get this to work??

Right!! i'm a complete idiot and can't get the attachment thingy to work so I've made a personal gallery and put a couple of pics in there. I'll take some clearer photos later.

Fangs, thanks for the suggestion. I discovered the crickets were slow when cold last winter, I left some outside...
but the beardies seem to have no trouble catching them. These little lizards are quick!! and very entertaining to watch them stalk their food, arm waving and all.
