Lace Monitor

For those with monitor interests..................

While camping in the southern Flinders Ranges we were visited on occasion by 2 different lace monitors. Both had burrows dug into the sides of embankments and both made for the big trees when I produced my camera...however, I did manage a few shots before they vanished into the upper story.

Thanks, not actually a zoom, but I know what you mean. I used a fixed 300mm prime Nikkor lens that attached to the Nikon digital gives a focal length of around 450mm.
