Hi I know cameleons (ingore spelling) are not allowed in australia but does anyone have any over this way and if so how did you get them emails can be sent to allana03@bigpond.net.au or a PM would be great if anyone knows, I would love a gullipilious tortouise but was told there not allowed either I'm in QLD is this tru. The answer is yes, i am sure there are people on this forum that know where to source these animals but i doubt they will be risking there reputations by publicly displaying this information on an online forum. Even if you were able to find one illegally, remember that if you get caught with it you will not only lose the exotic.... but probably also all the reptiles you keep legally.... seems like a pretty big risk.

Hi Kisky thankyou for reading my question first go, and yes your right I didn't really think of it like that and yes not worth loosing my pets over I just think it's a pitty we can't have them here which I'm sure everyone else does as well, I did relise no one would just post it on here, anyway thanks everyone I'll leave it at that then....

Sorry didn't mean to offend anyone, the reason I asked this questions was because I saw it in a forum a couple of days ago someone asking about them, and people were saying that yes they had them and that you could get them but illegally I didn't expect anyone would get on this thread and say yeah no worries joe blow down the road has them here's his number, I just wanted to know if it was possible as I'm new to owning reptiles and certainly didn't expect anyone to post it on this site, it didn't mean I was running out to buy one tommorow by any means. And as for having a go at older members, well I think he's comment was just plain rude, he could of had a go at me for my questions but attacking my spelling and my reptiles that's just plain rude so old member or not I don't really care, he should have more respect for people, I certainly wouldn't do that to someone weither they were new or what, everyone else has been very kind and helpful in the forums but I've noticed 50% of his comments to people not just me are plain rude!! so sorry if that offends anyone here but I think he deserved it, and just because he's been registered here longer than me dosn't give him the right, it's one thing to be nasty on a chat site another to a persons face, hopefully he finds something better to do with his time except attack people. Other than that all the other members have been great and I thankyou all for your help you's have given me much appretiated
