here are some nice pictures of some new tarantulas I got this week
Selenotholus species
these girls have a legspan of 120 mm

They still give me the creepy crawlies. But I'm getting over my fear of spiders. I don't scream when I see a huntsman anymore. However, I still don't trust a spider named hunts-man... I might get a trantula one day, I'd love to get some of the orange ones they get in america. The ones that are really good to handle.

ive got a pet bird eater at home, he's about the size of a 10c piece.
i reckon they make great little pets.

My one spends its whole time webbed into its hide. I see it about twice a year, and it goes ballistic whenever the cage is opened... Great pet... Hahahahaa

mine has made its burrow right up against the side of the container it is in and i see it out and walking around every day, but it is only about the size of a 20c piece
